Terms and Conditions (TNC) Bali All-Access Pass

Package is valid for selected attractions and activities within Bali.
Package inclusions vary by SKU and may include attractions, activities, or experiences only (transport not included unless stated).
Passes are non-refundable once purchased.
Passes are valid for redemption within 90 days from the date of purchase. Once activated, validity follows the selected pass duration (1-3 days) from the first day of use.
SatuSatu.com reserves the right to determine the number of packages offered and to differentiate the offerings between packages.
Advance booking may be required for certain activities or time slots.
Each pass is valid for one (1) named participant only and is non-transferable after activation. The operator reserves the right to verify the holder's identity prior to or upon first use. Any discrepancies may result in denial of service.
The operator reserves the right to modify itinerary, inclusions, or schedule due to operational reasons, traffic, safety, or force majeure.
Guests must present valid booking confirmation or voucher prior to entry or participation.
Operating hours and availability are subject to each venue’s policy and weather conditions.
Some attractions may have age, health, or safety restrictions.
Unused services within the validity period will be forfeited and cannot be extended or exchanged
Participants are responsible for personal belongings and travel insurance.
Any additional costs (meals, personal expenses, upgrades) are not included unless specified in the package.

Each included attraction/activity/service may only be used once per calendar day per participant, unless stated otherwise. Repeat use may be allowed on another valid consecutive pass day, subject to partner availability and prior confirmation.
Multiple services from the same vendor cannot be combined within the same visit or same calendar day unless specifically stated in the selected SKU or approved by SatuSatu. Each pass usage is counted per eligible service/ticket per participant, subject to partner availability, SKU inclusion, and usage limits.
