  4. Does SatuSatu run the attractions?
    No. SatuSatu acts as a platform, while activities are operated directly by the attraction partners.

  5. Do all locations have the SatuSatu logo?
    No. SatuSatu branding is available only at selected attractions as part of the SatuSatu Experience.

  17. Do I need to register first?
    Yes. Creating an account ensures your booking activity and travel data are saved.

  18. Why can’t I log in? Forgot password? OTP not received?
    Login failure may be due to connection or account verification. Password can be reset via email. OTP delivery may be delayed due to network conditions.

  19. Can the account be shared? Is there an age limit?
    Accounts should only be used by the owner. Users must meet the minimum age requirement.

  20. How do I book? Can I book last-minute? What if I choose the wrong date?
    Select experience → date → options → payment → booking confirmed. Last-minute booking depends on availability. Date changes follow the attraction’s policy.
