How to Request a Refund

If you experienced issues with your ticket purchase or redemption and wish to request a refund, you may do so by completing the form at the following link:

Please fill in the required information below:
  • Booking Code
  • Personal Information Used for the Booking
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Bank Information (Bank Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Bank Account Number)


After submitting the refund form, our team will conduct a validation process with an estimated maximum of 3 × 24 hours to determine whether the transaction is eligible for a refund or if the refund request will be rejected.

If the refund request is approved, the funds will be released. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institutions.


Note:

  • The booking code can be found on the invoice sent to your email or in the Purchases menu in your application.

  • For transactions made using a credit card or PayLater, the refund amount will be returned directly to your available balance or credit limit.
