How to Change Your Password

If a SatuSatu account user forgets their password and previously registered using an email address, they can reset their password by following these steps:

1. On the login page, click “Forget your password?”

2. Enter the email address that was registered with your SatuSatu account. A password reset request will be sent to that email address.

3. An OTP will be sent to the registered email address.

4. After receiving the OTP, you can change your password by entering a “New Password” and confirming it.

5. Click “Change Password” to complete the process.
